  1. Plan your day

  2. Prioritise your Tasks

  3. Set targets, deadlines

  4. Take help from technology to simplify your work

  5. Multi tasking may not be a suitable idea. I would rather prefer to focus on one task at a time

  6. Stop Binge Browsing the internet or social media apps

  7. Focus on single task for 20 to 25 minutes without break. Then take a break

  8. Declutter your mind and work space

  9. Organise your work. You can take help from online tools for this

  10. Exercise regularly and eat right.
